1972
- JHSF Incorporation;

1974
- Construction of its first bank branch, being a pioneer.
1980
- Begins developing residential buildings;
- Starts delivering large-scale projects such as hotels and shopping malls.
1990
- Creation of a new company, JHSF Engenharia.
1997
- Responsible for the launch of the first loft-style development in Brazil, the American Loft Building.
1999
- Creation of the “Properties” division, focused on the development of Class A buildings in São Paulo.
2001
- Creation of the Malls division with the inauguration of Santa Cruz Subway Malla pioneer in the subway-integrated mall concept in Brazil.
2006
- Incorporation of the company, with share capital fully paid in through contribution;
- Launch of a phase of the Parque da Cidade Jardim development.
2007
- Acquired a controlling stake in the Fasano hotel chain;
- Launched the second and third phases of Parque Cidade Jardim and the first phase of Fazenda Boa Vista;
- Is Listed in the Bovespa Novo Mercado trading segment.
2008
- Launched developments in São Paulo, Salvador, Uruguay, and the second phase of Fazenda Boa Vista.
2009
- Sold two properties (Santa Cruz Subway Mall and the J. M. Pinheiro Neto Building);
- Initial deliveries of Parque Cidade Jardim and Fazenda Boa Vista developments.
2010
- Launched projects totaling R$1 billion in the cities of São Paulo, Porto Feliz, Salvador, and Manaus;
- Continues deliveries at Parque Cidade Jardim and Fazenda Boa Vista and completes the delivery of the Fasano Hotel in Uruguay.
2011
- Launched new developments (new phases of Fazenda Boa Vista, Horto Bela Vista, and Las Piedras);
- Inaugurated the Hotel Fasano at Fazenda Boa Vista;
- Delivered two towers of the Cidade Jardim Corporate Center and the Villas Fasano do Lago – Fazenda Boa Vista.
2012
- Focuses the year on investments in both shopping centers and real estate development;
- Acquires a property on 5th Avenue in New York City, to adapt it for income-generating operations;
- Forms a joint venture for Valentino and Red Valentino in Brazil.
2013
- Inaugurates a new subway mall, Tucuruvi Subway Mall, and a high-end shopping mall in Manaus, Shopping Ponta Negra;
- Launches four additional residential developments and two new phases at Fazenda Boa Vista.
2014
- Begins construction of São Paulo Catarina Airport in São Roque, SP;
- ells 80% of the share capital of the company operating the Hermès brand in Brazil;
- Inaugurates Catarina Fashion Outlet in São Roque, SP;
- Acquires the restaurant operations of the Fasano Group and the right to use the brand;
- Does not launch real estate development projects in 2014.
2015
- Inaugurates the first Ralph Lauren store in Latin America and the Parigi Bistrot restaurant, both at Shopping Cidade Jardim;
- Signs a contract to operate the Shore Club Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida;
- Inaugurates the first expansion of Catarina Fashion Outlet;
- Sells retail brands: the remaining 20% stake in Hermès and the Emilio Pucci operation;
- Does not launch real estate development projects in 2015.
2016
- Sells the Company’s properties abroad;
- Sells 100% of Tucuruvi Subway Mall;
- Sells a 33% stake in Cidade Jardim Mall;
- Improves capital structure and reduces debt by R$1.5 billion.
2018
- Sells minority stakes in the Company’s shopping mall portfolio to the XP Malls fund;
- Launches the CJ Fashion e-commerce platform.
2019
- Resumes launches of real estate development projects (Fasano Cidade Jardim and Boa Vista Village);
- Successfully completes a follow-on offering raising R$513 million;
- Inaugurates São Paulo Catarina Executive Airport, the first executive airport in Brazil.
2020
- Strengthens its digital strategy by expanding the CJ Fashion portfolio and launching CJ Food and the Fasano app;
- Opening of Boa Vista Market at Fazenda Boa Vista and Shops Jardins on Haddock Lobo Street;
- Successfully completes a follow-on offering raising approximately R$400 million.
2021
- Internationalization of the Executive Airport and start of the airport’s second capacity expansion in June;
- Acquires a 67% concession stake in Usina São Paulo in July;
- Pre-launch of Boa Vista Estates;
- Launch of the Boa Vista Village surf pool membership;
- inauguration of Deck Park;
- Joins the Ibovespa index in January;
- Joins the IDIV index in September;
- Opening of Fasano New York;
- Opening of Fasano Trancoso, Bahia, in December;
- Acquisition of the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Offset Certificate for São Paulo Catarina International Executive Airport;

- Acquires a 51% stake in a company holding a total area of approximately 5.7 million sqm in the municipality of Bragança Paulista;
- Opening of Fasano New York restaurant located on Park Avenue;
- Addition of three new hangars in 1Q22 at São Paulo Catarina International Executive Airport;
- Launch of the São Paulo Surf Club membership at Real Park;
- Start of sales of Reserva Cidade Jardim in 2Q22;
- Launch of an additional phase of Boa Vista Village, Surfside;
- Inauguration of Empório Fasano in 3Q22.
2023
- Inauguration of the third expansion of Shopping Cidade Jardim;
- Hiring of Fasano London and inauguration of Fasano Itaim;
- Launch of Village Houses at Boa Vista Village, with a gross sales value (GSV) of approximately R$246 million;
- Opening of Boa Vista Village Surf Club;
